We are the new female leadership of a big family business that has believed in the value of innovation for more than forty years of history. Dami is not only a company: we are creating a new business model which is environmentally friendly, and respectful of the people and the local community.

We produce footwear bottoms since 1968.

Alberto Catalini and Ennio Pieragostini set up Dami in the most remarkable footwear district of the Marche region. At first it was just a workshop used to shear the leather, then, in the 1970 they started with the production of TR bottoms intended for children’s shoes and directed to the local market.

During the ‘90 we entered the European market with the production of footwear bottoms for men and women. Today, Dami has become a female reality: we represent the generational transition.

We promote savings in all its forms Additive manufacturing is an example of how to obtain savings from innovation. We create products and 3D prototypes without waste, we use our materials to their fullest and reduce lead times.
